what causes of absent-minded?

Absent-mindedness is often caused by failure to pay attention to details at the time they happen. It can also be due to age or other issues that affect the brain's functioning, such as attention deficit disorders.

The main causes are:
a) Distraction and Preoccupation

b) Failure to remember what you need to remember (or failure to process what you need to remember)

c) Curing failure

What ever the reasons, always have a positive approach to life…….things will get better.  The power of the mind is beyond comprehension but it can create “miracles” if you believe in it.
